knee lots better during Friday pm and into Saturdya, recovering really quick.

Have been sitting at desk in office chair + trainers, think that is better position for the R knee.

Tweaked my l knee on tuesday doing my knee strengthening exercises (!!) damn. Inside l knee and near tibia painful, feels like it might be patella tendon...
Tuesday eve sharl pain when it went
Weds bit sore only did short walk at lunch.
Thurs starting to cease up now, painful on stairs and not walking easily. Give it a day or two then will see.
Luckily I have lots of work to do this weekend but would have preferred snow playing!
