More Dynamic and Static stretchs trying to loosen up the legs ready for my run.

Was a good course that was mainly a runner course but had the out control to try and catch you out, i made miner mistake on about 3-4 comntrols when i was just vering off ever so slightly. Felt good all together though as it is my first event in about 3 weeks and i havent been feeling great so can't complain i think i came 6th which is good :)

Last night was quality haha still buzzing tbh haha had way too much to drink but had no hangover today am so happy i dont haha need to have more nights like that tbh :)

haha was only a nice cycle out with a mate tbh not really too hard but was fun :) hit a top speed of 25mph in my mountain bike at on point on the flat which aint to bad haha

Doing my leg strechs again forgot to say Physio wants me to do them daily and am not going to the night race now as i am going to save my energy for tomorrow :P

Still feeling rather weak and sluggish, need to do some form of excercise today but its my mams birthday and mam and dad are going out for a meal this means i have to babysit my brother, which i dont understand considering he is 12! May just do some Core Stability and Flexibilty work.

Did a few of the stretchs the Physio showed me last night i need to do them as much as possible, its all to improve my flexibility and posture :)

Needed to stretch my legs so when i went to my meeting i ent for a walk and then went out to Testio Tesco for dinner to have a liitle strect :P feel a bit better for it now :P

Think i am going to have a rest day :P Tbh my legs are rather sore from the last two nights cycling was rather difficult and took longer than normal!

Sat at work and started to feel stiff so did a few stretchs got some dodgy look for what i was doing but definaitely helped also stretched my back a little and cracked it feel better now :)

Had my physio and basically have a new Physio! She is a runner and therefore nows exactly what is wrong :) so i will have to start seeing her if possible :)

Doing some back and legs stretchs, my calves and thighes are pretty messed up atm but i am sure i can man up and power through :P

Cycling from my house to work and from work home am out with the Fell Club again tonight not going to be as hard a session but still a good session hopefully :)

Went out with the Fell club ran to Dalton and Back home rather than getting a lift was a fun run but am rather knackered now! Was the longest run i have done in a long long time haha :P

Cycling to work and home as ALWAYS, bad night sleep and feel horrible in more ways than one tbh.

Moving placements in work today have been to pick up my work gear and all my paperwork, not to lightwieght anymore that box :/

Have got this run on my Garmin will upload when i get home, it was an Interval Pyramid Session with my Fell Running Club. Warm up there was 2.66 Miles and took about 22 mins.

We Did:

1:04 80%
1:07 Min Slow Jog
2:06 80%
2:04 Slow Jog
3:10 80%
2:04 Slow Jog
4:02 80%
2:05 Slow Jog
5:01 Min 80%
2:22 Min Slow Jog

Then the same 4,3,2,1.

Run Back was 1.87 Mile and took 17 mins. This involved running there and back as well, will try put distance per interval and real times etc. later.

Felt awful after the session so did some stretching for my legs, when i got home i felt really faint and just got a bath and went to bed, not very fit at all atm and lacking any form of energy :(
