Well i think i won the run in competition at the JK i did the run in like a boss :P

Jogging about waiting for Chris to come in the relay a few dynamic strechs but not many as i had to keep my eye out for Chris.

Actually had a near perfect race could off took a little time of for the odd hesitation and route choice but all in all a good race, definitely tired and could feel it so i had to be accurate with my orienteering which i was :) could probably of took a 30 sec off for mistake on 13 and a couple of mins due to tiredness fully fit i could of prob done it in 35ish.

WOW I was 2 until number 8 ahead on Peter Hodkinson on the same gaffle. Was also on 15 second down on him before my lil mistake on the long leg were i stopped a lil bit too early.

Ran to the start and then realised there was barely anywere to warm up at all so had to do it in a tiny little area.

What a disaster I cant believe i came 12th of this disaster of a run was awful made a right mess of it, mistakes left right and centre but still did okay. Lost about 15 minutes of time so it was a bad run.

Was 2 km run to the start and there was an Elite warm up area with a few controls in which i went and had a run in. This area was awful and told me it would be hard today as i struggled to get into the warm up map not a good start.

Warm up area was right i struggle to get into the map on the first 6 controls and lost a lot of time I was slow to 1, made a small mistake on 2, slow to 3 and 4 and then went straigh past 6 instead of punching it, not f*cking happy as i was right on it as well. Overall i lost about 6 minutes as the rest of my race couldnt of gone any better really.

I was way to pissed of to even warm down just walked back to the car was rather annoyed.

Went for a jog to the start as i knew it was an okay area to warm up in. Did a very good warm up and felt good physically.

I have garmin distances for all races and will update them tonight 12/04/12.

Had an awful race and made several mistakes and bad route choices.

My race was over by number one as i made a 1 minutes mistake and Chris Galloway caught me up at one, after that my race was over and i never got back into what i was doing.

Was not very happy at all but Sprint is not my thing but it was the start if a bad weekend of running.
