Orienteering warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2.5 km (8:00 / km) +20m 7:42 / km

Warm up and down would of liked to have done a little bit more.

Yet again another dissapointing race as i knew i could have done much better. I set off way to fast too one and this is my own fault as i already knew were it was (Fasted Leg to 1). Therefore when i got to one i was not into the map and made a silly mistake leaving it 90 degrees in the wrong directions this meant i lost around 1 minute straight away at two which was really annoying. I then slowed it down and ghot back into the rythme and did okay until 6 where i vered wayyyyy too far right in the open and had to adjust lost a whole 2 minutes by doing this and was really annoyed with myself. Then i got annoyed because i got stuck behind Paul Murgatroyd and some other guy on the controls along the edge and due to me being a scaredy cat when it come to edge i stayed behind them instead of manning up and going past this lost me around 1 minuted in built up time.After that i had a clean race up until 19 were i made a little error in hesitating and being slight short of the control wasting around 30 seconds. Overall i lost around 4 min 30 seconds so believe that i could have easily done a time under 32mins. This would have put me in the medals and i so annoyed with myself knowing that!!!

Not happy with any of my races this weekend. Firstly, i made a small error on 5 costing me 20 seconds and then a larger mistake on 6 costing me another 1 minute and by that point my race was over. After this made no large errors but just felt a little down on speed. Overall i belive i could off gone 2 minutes better and done a time of around 14:50 ish.Should of been fighting to be in the A Final.

Yet another dissapointing run, set off fine getting the first 6 under my belt okay then made a silly mistake on 7 and ended up going to long way because of this losing 30 seconds. Then a couple of route chosie and hesitation problems because the area was much harder than the heats addining up to around 1 minute. All in all not happy again. should have done a time of around 13:20 whic would have put me 3rd on B Final.

Was going to cycle last night but i needed to change my girlfriends brake light befor it because it had blown and i manage to trap nerve in my neck and then couldnt move my neck all night and was in massive pain, ended up spending the night sat still constaintly heat treating it instead of training and going out to pub and quiz, hope it gone by British this weekend as hopefully it will only last 24 hrs with treatment otherwise i may not be running as it causes too much pain.

Going great to 4 was hitting them perfect but was just going slow due too weather and ground condition but was in the lead till them by 30 seconds and then i made two silly mistakes on 5. I made a good routechoice but was very hesitant to take it so wasted 30 secs looking for a better route i also then was too highwhen i got to within 200m and lost a further 40 seconds at the control. tehn yet again was fine all the way to 15 when i made a mistake and went well past my control wasting around 1 min. Not too bad too only make two mistakes but i was slow running as the ground was slippy and the wind and rain was bad. Should of waited and gone out later because the rain and wind near enough stop just as i left at about 6pm. lost about 2minutes in mistakes and now that if i had gone out a little later i could of got a time of about 35mins.

I knew i shouldnt have ran yesterday i have a sore elbow, both knees and one ankle after a fall on Sunday lol oh well cycle tomorrow i think
