Having the splits automatically show up makes it ridiculously easy to log. So I'm back on track!

This was a pretty clean run. Also, looking at the time, about 6:50/mile, I feel a lot better about my current fitness. (More incentive to log!) I'm getting a lot better at staying in contact and knowing when I need to stop and figure things out. All my mistakes came from hesitation (~25 s) and route choice stuff (20-30 s). I think I have a lot of room to improve in being economical with my map-looking and in visualizing my exits as I'm coming in. Those are the kinds of things I don't notice when I'm jogging a CSU training! Maybe I should do some of them harder.

RHR was 52, but I felt terrible anyway:( I've decided I'm sick. Tried to get a doctor's appointment but the next appointment's in a month. I'm taking iron again in the meantime, just in case.
Motivation to log my training is very low.
We did do a cool visualization exercise in the morning though.
