.98 mile warm up
Orienteering course was 6.6 k with 7 points, hit 10 min per k
And then a memory test with 7 points,
Points 5 and 6 were awful and I hated them but other than that it was good to get in da woods, stayed dry, busted my toe but my memory has gotten a lot better

First ran a warm up to south dock boat house...after forgetting my E-Punch and running back to room
Was then assigned to do a 400 meter run to set up controls
and then began the fun

5 rounds of...
- Run to dip bar do 10 dips and punch
- Run to first pull up bar set and do 10 squats and punch
- Run across field to other pull up bar and do 10 pull-ups and punch
- Run to stone wall to the right of the pull-up bars and do 10 bicycles, 10 leg lifts, and 10 flutter kicks and punch
- Run and 800 meter and punch
- Do 30 push-ups at train track crossing and punch
- 400 meter run to finish

Ran up toward Keller and then into the neighborhood on the left...went passed the Jewish Chapel and hung a right toward Michie...Turned left and went all the way down and around Buffalo Soldier coming back to Grant from there.
5 x 100m Strides
Felt pretty crappy, coughing and more sick than before
