Orienteering race (Headley Heath) 21:26 [4] ** 3.92 km (5:28 / km) +37m 5:13 / km
ahr:174 max:195 spiked:10/12c shoes: Integrators

Light Green, straight path sprint against Ali Masson, just lost out by 30secs, which I could have made up on a couple of legs. (3.5km 95m)

Orienteering race (Headley Heath) 50:30 [4] *** 7.68 km (6:35 / km) +137m 6:02 / km
ahr:161 max:177 spiked:17/19c shoes: Integrators

Blue women, the light green was a nice warm up for this race, was feeling very comfortable running today and it was a brilliant morning. Great area, surprisingly technical with a manic path network which was very hard to follow, so i tended to just head straight. Pleased to have one the women's course haha (7.0km 185m)

Running 59:53 [4] 11.91 km (5:02 / km) +122m 4:47 / km
ahr:164 max:187 shoes: Inov Mudroc 290

High heart rate peak was right at the start of the run, maybe the monitor being lose at the start or a huge counter reaction from going from about 80bpm to a full out run. Anyway the run was super muddy as expected but much better than last week! :)

Note

Been selected as a reserve for Interland, I just got the email before my run, I was practically galloping (metaphorically) around :) :) :)
