Long easy recovery. Forgot my garmin
If it were not for mum wanting to go for a walk at Ide Hill at 2:30 I would have done the whole run in the dark. Really nice linear route starting at Ide Hill, east to Sevenoaks Weald, meandering along the paths to Leigh and back via Haysden

Had to bail on the legendary Brighton City Race as I thought it started at 5:30, turns out it is 6:30, which doesn't give me enough time to get back to Twells for Waggas.

1hr steady with WU and WD. Clockwise Penshurst loop. Throat felt like it was starting to show signs of a cold, but improved as went on. Tonight isn't going to help it much if it is a cold. Ground quite hard and not all that muddy which was a nice surprise.

Easy cruise along the country roads to Edenbrige and back on dad's hybrid, just back in time before it got a bit too dark. Very warm!

KNC13 Blean. Great to be back! Unbelievably runnable, not much difference to running on the paths. Could have saved a lot of time if I aimed off correctly on 95 and 106.
