Running 36:50 [3] 4.2 mi (8:46 / mi) +20m 8:39 / mi
shoes: Reebok2 - red stripe

Got out around 6PM. It was crazy weather. Its switching between rain, bright sunshine, dark clouds quite rapidly... quite unique run.

Decided to slow down. Day before yesterday's fast run left my legs a bit achy and sore yesterday. I just don't want them to go sore again before the US Team Trials.

Will be going to see either Crystal Skull / Iron Man today. YAY!!!

Splits:
1.46miles - 13:00mins (from Home to Park and Main JCT)
1.53miles - 13:08mins (to Giant food store to return DVD)
0.00miles - 1:24mins - rest
1.20miles - 10:42mins (to Home on Station Rd.)

Running 36:15 [4] 4.2 mi (8:38 / mi) +15m 8:32 / mi
shoes: Reebok2 - red stripe

Ran to park, one lap and back home.

It rained most of yesterday and until 4pm today. From inside home, it seemed chilly outside. After a min of hesitation, leaned towards a run.

Body and legs felt great during run. Started out a bit fast and 1 and 1/2 mile into the run, started to breath heavily and legs felt heavy too. Calmed down in about 5 mins and then maintained a steady pace the rest of the run.

Ground is completely saturated with rain and lots of puddles. Grass and trees are fully dense with green blades and leaves.

For the fist time, there is no discomfort in the right foot since West Point runs.

Splits: 1115,1229,1232
