Ankles well taped, but couldn't run much of the course on that surface. more of a hobble. So frustrating and didn't really enjoy it. Careless at end of long leg and had to relocate, also dropped nearly 2 mins at an early control, very close to it, but didn't sight the re-entrant or control and ran away from it. about 6 mins dropped between the 2 controls.

Branch poked out contact lens at 9 and struggled with vision thereafter. Quite tired on hills in 2nd half. Was going reasonably well till lens popped.

LOC Carrick again... Will send detailed mapping info for PH to do , another days work, after that I'll be near 100% happy which is great progress compared to 2 weeks ago.
Every visit I pick up ticks.

Kim mentioned that she didn't realise how much a controller has to do, to which I replied that I shouldn't have to do this much
