Orienteering race (Hambleden) 28:37 [4] *** 5.19 km (5:31 / km) +183m 4:41 / km
spiked:12/16c shoes: Inov8 ROCLITE 315

JK Realy at Hambleden running for NATO. I wish I took the first few points a bit slower as there were many gaffles and i ould have done well i hadn't mucked up the first two. Course length: 4.5km

JK Day 3 at Cold Ash lond distance event. After a safe start and a wobble at 4 I made a parallel path error on 5 making a 4 min error and never reaaly recovered. Good work up to 11 was soon wiped out at 12 when I had to use the path as a catching feature. Good work up to 22 was catostrophically erased at 23 with a 7 min error. Course length: 12.3km.

JK Day 2 at Hambleden. Only middle distance but lots of climb meant that I as still dying at the end. Thought that i had made too many mistakes but found but found mark did worse. Couldn't catch alex though who started 6 mins ahead and it turned out i was never going to as he beat me. Wasted 45 seonds on 4, 90 seconds on 8 and 60 seconds on 16 - 3 mins 15. Course length: 6.3km.

spiked:17/19c shoes: Inov8 ROCLITE 315

JK Sprint at Whiteknights (University of Reading). Easy area for such a high quality event so really the quickest people should have the best chance wiith the route choice only which way round the building should you go. 1 error - ran in the direction of 8 instead of 6 for 60m and then had to turn around annoyed that i'd wasted 20 seconds which turned out to be important since i lost to mark by 7. Course length: 3.6km.
