Cycle Boris Biking (To Event) 33:00 [4] 12.0 km (2:45 / km)

Down to Island Gardens. Paced by Shak for the last few kilometres. The low gearing is pretty annoying when you are in a rush and on a fast, straight road. I must have been doing 180RPM+...

Orienteering (Park Race) 27:18 [4] *** 5.7 km (4:47 / km) +100m 4:24 / km
shoes: New Balance M860SB4

DFOK Greenwich Park Race. A technical middle section with fast legs before and after. Cycle Boris Biking (From Event) 31:00 [3] 11.0 km (2:49 / km)

To Islington Green, in the rain. Again trying to hit the 30-minute free limit, and again failing, despite almost all green lights on Commercial Road...

Harlow loop. Quiet roads and great weather, including intense rainbow and sunset. Gunpowder Park in particular was absolutely stunning, as was the view from Paynes Hill (near Lower Nazeing.) Moving time here. Flat tire at Harlow was the longest stop, + photo stops, these added another hour. Two short sections of the cycle were on the Monday Tour de France route, including Moreton.
