Note

so, I gave blood yesterday afternoon and had already planned on taking today off. But this morning I lay in bed for about 15 minutes after waking up, I guess I stood up too abruptly because before i had got to my door I had fainted, good thing I had a pile of clothes on the floor so i didnt get hurt :) I think i just hadnt drunken enough water since yesterday because i I had a big dinner.

There were 20 score-o controls and when you got there you had to decide whether the control/pin flag was there so you had to be sure you were in the right place. At the end you had to say which one weren't there and for everyone you got wrong you got 3 minutes added to your time. I think i got them all right.
