Speed Skating (short track) 1:00:00 [3]
The provincial coach was there tonight, the same one as at my first speedskating practice, and we worked some drills like picking daisys and bucket corners, and monkey arms, etc. So the coach said ive improved dramatically since three weeks ago :) I was practicing bending my ankles and getting low so my quads were a litte sore the next day. Also my back never hurts now so that means ive got the right technique now :) .
