only slept 7 hrs last night.. arggh it was so hard getting up, almost fell asleep in my Lat.Amer class this morning when Brown was reading this long passage out of some book by some colonialist :P going to bed early tonight!

ran around the city, climb is only a guessitmate, probably more than what I put... did the DFTrail in 16:19 (E-W) --little slower on the down cause i had runners on and it was icey. Tried to run all the stairs... got so close, was 1 flight away on the big up, that was where I reached my max HR of the run.
