Treadmill hills (3 set progression ) 54:00 [5] 4.7 mi (11:29 / mi)
I made it to 7%,6%,7% on the 3 sets. This was a change. I usually try to increase each one. This time I started hrs and then did a lesser set and then went all out. Both of the 7% inclines were fails. I had to hang on for most of the time but I didn’t want to give up too soon.
And just an FYI, I didn’t miss this routine at all.
