Trail Run (Hilly recovery ) 59:00 [4] 4.85 mi (12:10 / mi)

This was a good run. It’s at the same trail as yesterday just a different set of loops. Lots of riders out. I’ll be back out here again later to ride.

Mountain bike ride (Technical ride) 55:00 [4]

My husband and I got out on ride this afternoon. It’s a shorter trail and one I run a lot but it is fun and challenging. I could tell he was tired because he let me lead. He really likes to take off and push the pace and then slow down later.

This was a decent run. I had to keep it at the shorter time because we have a long day of babysitting and I promised I’d be back early. I’m constantly running this loop faster and adding small new sections. Here’s hoping I can keep some of this during the summer heat.

This was on the roads in my neighborhood during a morning rain storm. Not usually what I classify as fun but it was ok this morning. I stepped in a huge puddle within a few minutes and ran the rest of the time w wet feet. So I turned on some music and ignored them.

Concrete/road run tempo (Easy/marathon) 50:00 [4] 4.65 mi (10:45 / mi)

This went excellent. I took 2 days off because of all I had to do after the trip and then start a new job. The rest did me good. I was able to hit my pace right off and keep it on each loop. I only did 3 segments. I felt like I needed to keep it shorter so that I could log onto work early.
