I barely to able to stand up after got up from bed. Lower right back became so stiff. I know it isn't back spasm. I all need to lose up for about 5 minutes then feel ok. Just keep moving around and stretching much I can. Hope it will recover sooner.

Did ok from the beginning control #1 to #4 then somehow my lower right back got a big snap. It seems I moved around too quickly or else. It really hurts and then left groin feel stiff. I couldn't run straight but I continue to complete the course.
