O race 16:35 [3] 2.31 km (7:11 / km) +34m 6:41 / km
ahr:147 max:159

Oceania Sprint - 6th place - lost 3rd place with a small mistake on one control when I did not fully read the description and went below a ramp but the control was on the top. Worked on the start so started after everyone else. Had a slight advantage seeing which way others left from the start - many spent a long time trying to find the start triangle. Also ran here in 2014 so parts of the buildings were familiar.

Peloton of 4 and gave the sprint to Brad today as he is bike fit after riding in the Italian Alps. Very nice riding weather - no breeze and a slight chill in the air and sunny. Lot of talking on the ride so not too fast. Coffee stop focus was on latest developments in politics in the US and the UK - kept us amused for a while.

Run 38:41 [3] 5.65 km (6:51 / km) +89m 6:21 / km

Solo training run again at back of Stromlo on the single tracks - no snow this week compared to the same time last week, so could use running singlet - but it was still cool. Did not press too hard as tapering for the clash of the M65A Titans (albeit without Richard) starting on Saturday.

road cycling 1:04:42 [3] 23.76 km (2:43 / km) +354m 2:32 / km

Chance to spin out the legs which were a bit sore from Parkrun. Nice ride to Dairy Farmers Hill then back to Stromlo for a coffee at Handlebar (it was very busy tho), before slipping home.
