Scarborough Park long lap around outside of park north as far as possible towards Bay Street following E and W boundaries of park including around baseball fields not around area south of Syd Frost Hall - time for this lap 57min10sec = 8.31 kilos; 1-46 k lap from Syd Frost Hall after minute 57 = 7min 20 secs; .888 kilos around Syd Frost (2* 444m) waiting for friend to get ready he arrived after 70 minutes running as arranged, the "five kilo training lap followed" measured as 5.67 on Google Earth as are the other distances above Total is 8.31+1.46+.888+5-67 = 16.38 probably approximate as I may have forgotten parts though the "five..." is very close.
Felt good friedn felt legs were heavy however managed to stay with him for 35 to 40 minutes
