Last day working as a Field Archaeologist yesterday which is good, been living away for a lot of the last 6 months. Long, physical days at work, long drives, poor r&r and inconsistent diet hasn't been ideal for running and has taken a toll on me generally in other ways. Trained as best as I could, but would have liked to have done more and have better consistency but I do still feel fit, regardless of current niggle which is still a bit uncomfortable but is hopefully clearing up. Starting a job working from home a week on Tuesday which I'm hoping will bring much better routine to build towards a better summer. Will take the rest of this week easy and then go from there.
