Back really, really awful first thing. I didn't do any exercises yesterday. Is that why???
This situation is getting critical now. it was v painful every morning in Spain too . I can't go on like this. Running doesn't help. Resting doesn't help. Climbing doesn't help. Osteopath hasn't helped. 1-1 pilates hasn't helped. Maybe a regular pilates class (new year?) will start to help, but in the meantime, I am wincing & unable to stand up properly 1st thing every fucking morning. On a good day, it's eased enough by breakfast that i can have a normal day.
Foul run - slippery , unfit, LH pelvic / lower back pain, even LH calf was pulling a bit.
