After my long and painfull year..
I have finshed EYOC and SEEOC with no spetial results, I had realy bad races and everything but positive side of that is that i am back in running after 5 months injury (i have 7kg more but still).
I started preparing for next year JWOC...
first part of preparation is changing type of trainings with my new coach, changing complete eating plan,...etc
My plan of trainings is next 2 months just long runs to get normal weight.
This training was doing on HR and because of my problems with HR I was very slow on avg 150 (that was plan)
