Note

I had some trainings 3-4 days constant training then some pause of 4-5 days because of school and new job..
now i made plan of training and my private jobs and i hope i ll make it everything :)
also looking ahead to run on JWOC 2015 Norway, and few more competitions...but more about that in future :)

Also i was in Istanbul on Ist5 days and it was amazing orienteering!! I can tell you that you shoul run there if you can, race for whole life (something like Venice :D )
Looking foward to London city race, 10Mila and Oringen too.
