Apparently my Garmin was running for 19 hours on Wednesday so it didn’t last very long today - about 5 minutes.

I had planned a longer hills ride scouting a candidate route for the Giro, but just went out Mulock to 48 and back so Mrs would know where to find me without a live track.

I felt pretty string today after a week of not doing much. Climbs seemed fairly quick. A long train going out and mostly red loghts coming back stretched the total time out a bit. Distance and elevation rounded down from my recall of this route, which I’ve done quite a few times.

Nutrition: 1 Infinit Ruck - designed for rugby. Less protein and sugar than Ride. I think I liked it a bit better, but would need to see how the electrolytes are on a warmer day.

Guiding a couple of groups through fire profiling and sound proofing the last two ground floor homes. We have to take the long way much of the time now with 8 of the 20 homes occupied. And relearn where all the supplies are - they have been relocated weekly recently.

Cool ride east on Bow then north to the blue loop.

Quite windy outbound. And even though the forecast was 10% chance of rain, I got rained on. Not too hard and I was almost finished so no harm done.
