Climbing 1:30:00 [2]

Barely did anything, climbed some stuff but not too hard because I have provincials this weekend.

Running 50:00 [3] 4.78 km (10:28 / km)

Was really tired from lack of sleep so had to go slow and not run too much.

Climbing 1:00:00 [4]

Climbed hard today as I'm not going to really climb anymore this week because of provincials. Did:

Toprope-

3x 5.11- (with falls)
10x 510+ (without any falls)
2/3 a 5.12a comp route that got extremely hard by the top.

Map Reading 1:30:00 [3]

O-100 Exam - Finished drawing courses on the maps and exam questions. Sent everything off.

Climbing 1:30:00 [4]

Climbed hard today. Warmed up, then did some bouldering, then did routes but with 25 move boulder problems in front of them so that we would be pumped as we got on for it to be harder and more challenging, where I climbed a 5.12a comp route which already was more then enough of a challenge for me.

Running 45:00 [3] 5.0 km (9:00 / km)

Easy run on the track.
