M45L was

Not at the races on this one. Lack of sleep, new bed on hol meant i went into event extremely sleepy. First one i messed up on (seven mins lost), 2,3 okay. 4 poor despite finding it searching for #1. 5 okay. 6 poor across the marsh following wet trod to another control not mine. etc etc
Gave up when couldn't find #14 (gorse) cleanly then #15 (gorse) at all. Ten more controls and a loop on a hillside thru green area.
