shoes: Innov X-talon Yellow
WOC Cub event - Newlands - Long Orange - 4.6Km 230m
Probably wouldn't have bothered if I hadn't been taking Oli to the CSW prizegiving as it was a miserable day. First rainy day with the new glasses and they work much better, although the map reading is still a bit awkward at times.
Fairly easy course as expected, though some interesting route choices. Rather stupidly lost about 30s at 11, but otherwise clean. Legs a bit tired.
Suspect it won't be long before Adam's beating me - can I hold out until he turns 14?
