A late-in-the-day quick run before a late dinner. Cloudy and muggy. Even a few drops of rain - I wished there were more. Interval training on my hill: 10 times up and down trying to maintain 1 minutes each. This usually gets to be hard after iteration 3 or 4. But I only slowed a tad on 8 - 10 - legs were getting heavy. (Training for the Ragged weekend!).
