R&R (sort of!) after JK weekend.

Full day visit to Legoland at Windsor: B birthday treat. Arrived before 10am and left after 6pm.
Both children rather demanding on wanting to be picked up and carried which made the day all the more tiring. Other than fatigue - a very good day out.

JK Ray 4 - Relay at Hambleden.
3rd leg.
Fairly pleased with general performance, though the hilliness of the course didn't permit as much flat out running as I would normally expect on a relay.
Overall team result quite respectable (about half way down the finish order). Don't think that there can've been many significant mistakes by any of the team members.

JK Day 3. Classic at Cold Ash
Just didn't get into it, either physically or mentally. Multiple errors and felt tired all the way round.

JK Day 2. Classic race at Hambleden.
Hills felt tough. Navigation generally straight forward. Enjoyed the area.

JK Sprint.
Punching start not correctly administrated - time taken from pre-start "clear" device.
Relatively straight forward campus sprint at Reading University.
Thrown by an adjacent control at one point - lost 30s.

Sunny morning and just about freezing. Felt chilly so still had thick coat, balaclava etc.

Pool reasonably busy, but held up more than I might've expected for such little congestion (av about 5 people in the lane).
Felt quite good. Didn't catch start time, but extrapolated back after about 4 lengths, therefore time a bit of an approximation. Pace was pretty good and did an extra couple of lengths for the hell of it!
Also some small compensation for a) not running on Thursday (rest befor JK); and b) missing Easter Monday swim session - next swim should be Wednesday 3rd April.
