Reunited and it feels so good! Back with Joe and Jeff finally for Crooked Compass. Figured we would have time to clear since the snow wasn't too deep. Still lots of trudging through snow and at times slush. Joe was spot on all day. We got to see some really cool places including the Sideling Tunnel, which is over a mile long! Loved the course even though I hate snow. It allowed for a lot of route choice, and none of the top teams went the same route. Abby and Brent put on another top notch event.

Checked out Sky Meadows for the first time. Super cool place. Wish I had a camera to capture the valley in winter. Wet, slippery trails. The coyotes were having a ball nearby. Met a guy on the ridge with a gorgeous griffon dog.
