Felt great, concentrating on forefoot strike

Will use this as a sortof time trial.

Concentrating on rhythm of getting my arm forward and midstroke

Great solo arvo ride out in woolwich/shooters hill.
actually got a very smooth run with not much stopping and starting. A few hills here and there which sorted me out, and windy.
will do this kind of route again!
