IslingtonCC club ride
Great to get out of london on a weekday, and a good route apart from some trafficky bits earlier.
Found it a bit tough to keep the pace on the climbs, i think mostly due to intervals yesterday and swimming today, but also because i'm just not as good a climber at the moment. Felt strong on the flats.
Also found it a bit stressful, and a combination of the stress and overtraining meant i didn't get to sleep until about 4am.

Side note, my weight is down to 81kg (from a standard 84-85) and I can really feel the difference (not in a good way). Struggling with regulating body temperature, energy levels and sleep... better go buy some weightgainer3000 from beefcake dot com
