Had to get a secret santa present. Ankle feeling really stiff and didn't feel great even cycling easy.
Also, getting some bad chainskip on ONE sprocket after replacing the chain, so will need a new cassette.

Continuing the full week off, and foot isn't really getting any better. will give it the week then look to see someone.
Pulled out of xmas-5-days, and probably should wait before committing to anything in the near future.

leg really is no better than it was a week ago, running yesterday felt pretty bad, and after the swim felt terrible.
Think i have to take a real week off, hopefully can do something in the mountains xmas eve, and maybe xmas 5-days
