really promising session including 10 minutes a little under my old FTP, although i think the W might have measured a little high, as it didn't really feel like an FTP effort. Possibly its a little affected by being upright, while my old tests were in aero position.
Rehab, ramping up to a fair level of effort/sweat. Cadence above 95 and ramping W up from 160 to 200. Feels good, until HR gets around 140bpm and don't feel great from there (has happened twice). Thats prob my limit until i'm off beta blockers
