Lunchtime score Did a mass-start with mounty and bull without prechecking the map, which made it a lot more interesting, but still probably did the exact same route we would have. HR held up ok, but probably pushed it a little harder than i should have, some tightness (HRM doesn't look to have registered correctly)
I think next time, for these easy scores, i'd like to try to study the map beforehand, then run the course without it... feel like that would actually be a good exercise for improving technique...?
