The Rocks short lunchtime score. Legs seemed to turn over ok, but instantly get quite breathless and laboured as soon as theres any sort of incline. Beaten by Mounty by about a minute despite watching him make about a minute of mistakes. HR recorded looks wack, but i'm not sure what part is wrong. definately felt like i was pushing a bit hard in the second half, and felt comfortable for the first half, but the graph/recording is bogus... just weird that the graph kinda shows how it felt...
