ride and run to fortress hill ridge. really cool ridge looking onto lockleys pylon.
Probably should have run from earlier, as it was pretty slow going near the end on the bike.
the ride was a lot tougher than expected, and really sapped the legs

in to daycare via bike shop for some new jockey wheels.
looking at them, the guide has almost no play (a little bit).
I had thought mine were find, but the play on them is around 10 degrees!
might be the cause for inability to index both edges of the cassette

watch died after 1st but felt very consistent.
No chest problems, but diaphragm always gets strained doing these
