RunWest, Blacktown International Sportspark. 9-10.30am. Called up late on Saturday afternoon by Nick Bromley to help out at the inaugural RunWest fun run. I hadn't signed up earlier because I was supposed to be in Hill End this weekend until my knee injury changed my plans. Based on my lack of mobility he put me on the 4km start at Blacktown Olympic Park. Only needed for 90mins. But he failed to tell me about the 1km walk each way from the car park. Knee was quite loose afterwards.13-17°C.

From Berowra Station. Hyundai decided they needed to keep the i40 for another day to fix the clutch and vibration problems. Knee still sore but much better this afternoon. Cancelled this weekend's trip to Hill End. 20°C.
