Early monring sand dune run...lots of steep up, then fast and sandy sprint down...sourced out the 'tree' islands and saw some interesting salamanders.

Running from campsite #286 at Jessie M. Honeyman Park...I ran across Hwy 101 into the lake, around and about some trails, backtracked to the park, then a quick jaunt onto the sand dunes, sans shoes.

Commute to work then post work to ORPC for some speedster work, then home.

Very choppy in the inner harbour - not so good for my "learn as you go" speedster training. All was good but I finally gave up and paddled a less tippy boat (Simon River Sports K1 trainer) for a work out.

To Willis Pt Road and then up McKenzie Bite Trail, then to Hartland for some single track and home.

It was a hard ride...had changed my disc brake pads and they were rubbing and the wind was against me. Buh!

After work run. Mt Doug from Blenkinsop to Glendinning, around to Cedar Hill, then up to the top and back down via the gap and by the cave, skirted little Mt Doug then to the car.
