Bastion Square Crit Cat 3....blew up and pulled out after 22/45 laps. Wasn't prepped mentally or physically for this race - had spent two days with the infrastructure set up for the TT on Friday, then Metchosin RR on Sat, then set up of the barricades etc on race day. Too much....should have seen that coming. had 4 hours sleep Fri night, 3.5 on Sat night, up at 0430 and then at Bastion Sq for 0530 to carry metal barricades around the course. Spent all weekend loading and unloading gear. Come race time, I wasn't there. Buh.
