Another flat....fell off the lead group at Martindale to put air in tyre. Road chez moi until Sayward, then more air. Much too lazy and wet to fix flat. More air in tyre on Lochside Drive. Frustrated. Maybe fix flat. Nah, just keep riding and adding air. Stop on Mt D parkway to change tyre. Pull out new tube. It's not a new tube. It's a tube with a hole in it. Cry. Call wife. She laughs and says "walk home, I picked you up for a flat tyre last night".

Cross Race: Muddy and muddier as the laps went on. Great course with off camber grassy sections, barriers, sand, road, Nanaimo Bar hand ups, beer, poutine....a typical X race.
