Did some arm work too.

Have to research a bit more for getting more power into my legs for cycling with the VCL series coming up in March and BC Cycling points races looming as well.

As Aldo Sassi, famed Italian cycling coach, RIP, noted, if I can't get my power to weight ratio of 6.2watts/kilogram on a sustained climb, I won't be able to win La Tour de France. Sigh.

I debuted my vibram five finger KSO's today in the gym. Sweetness for the feet.

I'm going to build up running endurance in these thingys.
