Club Run around Thetis....I was going to run with the social group to ease into my running on a relaxed pace but I opted to run with the fastees, probably not the smartest move since I haven't been running alot and I'm on the positive side to my Achilles injury....didn't feel too bad for the Achilles, but my cardio sucked and I was just happy to keep G, J, and R in sight.Hills were ok, but when the trails flattened and widened, they were able to put some distance on me...I was content to not challenge them at all and was kept company at the back of the running caboose with a couple of friends. All in all tho' was nice to get out and run. Stretched and cooled down by 15 - 20 minutes.
