Home to Straight Up Cycles for a warm up, did 3 loops/blocks around the shop waiting for guys to show up, who didn't. Then rode out the highway to W Saanich, then up Willis Point Rd to Ross-Durrance for some hills then to Prior L to swim some laps, then home.

Around the waterfront....too busy thru the causeway on account of pedestrians attending BC Day celebrations so I took a meandering route via Beacon Hill Park to rejoin my usual route. Rode a few hills to get my legs going.

I also put in about a hour plus with swimming and cliff jumping/diving with my daughter while at the Sooke PotHoles. Crystal clear water and sunshine aplenty.
