training was good last night - calfs felt good but stupid hip hurts!!!!

(injured) shoes: Asics Gel-Nimbus 15

ridicoulousy long run - went for an explore around the forest but ended up at grayswood!!! really not ideal as hip not great!!!
hip sometimes felt fine and sometimes not - didn't really change my form but i think the run has confirmed it is another grade 1 strain! FOR GODS SAKE.
not running till staurday! have to knock these small injuries on the head.
