Wow are my legs tight from three days of tryouts.
I had a few mistakes on this course... BARB beat me.
5 PM
Orienteering6:33 [3] 0.92 km (7:09 / km)
The sprint went much better than the classic. No mistakes except for minor route choice errors, yay!
8 PM
Orienteering46:44 [3] 4.39 km (10:39 / km)
This went really well! I did all the controls in order for maximum points. I was never completely lost, but I did have a few questionable route choices.
The distance is an estimate because my Garmin did not find satellites immediately.
First day of soccer tryouts. We did the mile test (7:01), juggling (17), place kick (pass), 1:30 plank (pass), and 10 pushups (pass). The rest of the time was spent warming up, doing a few drills and some possession, and cooling down.
