Orienteering 41:28 [4] 4.8 km (8:38 / km) +190m 7:13 / km

Good to 1 and 2, hesitation at 3 and 4, slow across the heather to 6 and a poor bearing sent me way to far right of the control. Dropped to low at 8 and had to climb back up along way. Fine to 9 and 10 but slow again across the heather. Pretty good for the rest of the course apart from 19 with another poor bearing.

Decent heat, just missed out on the B final, would have made it if i didn't run past 20 or head towards 19 instead of 16!

Really should have done better in the final, lost 2 minutes at 3 and another 2 at 8, just not concentrating, could have been well up there with the leaders

Standard Thursday long run to Bradgate, good run felt a lot better than last night, didn't struggle on the hills untill the last time up the monument hill. Decided to run up the road to Old John car park instead of the main one to start with.

same as last Wednesday, 3 blocks of 5 x 200m reducing recovery, really struggled this week, still a bit aching from the weekend so didn't push to hard before the sprints on Saturday
