Orienteering race (U.S. Champs Day 1) 31:42 [5] **** 3.2 mi (9:54 / mi)
spiked:16/24c shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 18

Sprint course. Started really good, then at 7, I just screwed up, ended up at 21, and wasted 2 minutes, then proceeded to over shoot 9, go to a dead end on 10, take the wrong road to 15 and saw 16, over shot 19 and 20, and took the long route to 23 and finally finished. Other than that, it was a good run.
This is by far the FUNNEST course I've run so far.

Caddilac run plus a mile in the track, it rained just enough to irritate me with water dripping off my face. The wind seemed to change every time I turned so I was running into it the whole time

After 10 minutes of different lunges, the first half of the run my legs were tight, couldn't get my stride out where it usually is, then the next two miles I was tired, then finished with a 2:40 800.
Then coach let me take a spin on the golf cart around the track with about 6 other people on (I don't really know how many jumped on) and weaved between 100 meters of hurdles.
