biceps... my left arm has definitely been slackin off

if hill intervals could ever be lazy... this was it. i went much too late again and so it was dark and windy and real spooky so instead of doing 5 sets of 2 i did 2 sets of 5 to get it over quicker. not exactly consistent but i did pick it up on the last couple.
